How much does Sprocket CMS cost?

Sprocket CMS costs $9.95 per month. There is no setup fee or any other fees. It’s just $9.95 per month.

Why does Sprocket CMS cost anything?

When you sign up for Sprocket CMS you are taking advantage of a hosted solution which is constantly monitored and improved by our team. Any bug fixes or enhancements are automatically applied to every Sprocket CMS account at no additional cost to its members. Our team makes sure Sprocket CMS is performing at its best and constantly evolving to better suit the needs of its users. The $9.95 is a fee for that ongoing service.

How do i get billed?

When you sign up your credit card will be charged $9.95 through PayPal’s secure service. Your card will then be charged $9.95 automatically each month.

What if i want to cancel my service?

You can cancel your service at any time by emailing support@sprocketcms.com. Once your service is canceled you will no longer be billed.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you sign up and payment is accepted you will receive an email from our team asking for your Website's FTP information. We gain access to your Website and enable Sprocket CMS on each page. After Sprocket CMS is enabled your log in credentials are emailed to you. You can then log in and manage your Website.

How is Sprocket CMS "enabled" on my Web pages?

A small piece of code is added to common content areas of the page. Once the code is in place Sprocket CMS allows the user to edit those content areas using its easy-to-use editor.

Does Sprocket CMS work with any Web site?

Sprocket CMS is compatible with virtually any Web site that has FTP or SFTP access. If you sign up for Sprocket CMS and our team determines that your hosting server is not compatible we will promptly notify you and issue you a full refund.

What is FTP?

FTP stands for file transfer protocol. It is used to copy files form one host to another. Virtually every Website owner is given an FTP account by their Web hosting company. Sprocket CMS uses FTP to gain access and allow you to manage your site.

Where do I find the FTP information for my Website?

If you do not have your Website's FTP information contact your Web hosting company. They will be able to resend your FTP information to you or set you up with a new FTP account.

What about security?

Sprocket CMS takes every precaution to prevent the unauthorized access of subscriber login information by third-parties. We use 128-bit AES encryption to safeguard your credentials from potential attackers. We also run scheduled penetration testing against our software to maintain the highest level of security possible.
